When you feel stuck, your mind and body tell you that something needs to change. Change can be subtle. Change can be drastic. It depends on where you want to go and how much this “stuck” feeling is bothering you. Personally, I hate feeling stuck, so when I feel it, I choose to be more aggressive toward “fixing it.” Some people patiently sit back and allow it to pass. There is power in being patient.
