Courses — We offer a 3 day money back guarentee. This means, you have 72 hours from the time of purhcase to request a refund here. After 72 hours a refund will not be considered.

Also, if the customer choose to do a subscription payment for the course and the fail to complete the full amount of the course, access may be revoked.

At this time, we do not offer ANY refunds on physical products. All sales are final for trainings, books, merchandise , etc. If for some reason a product was not delivered to you, then and only then would a refund be honored.

If you simply did not like a product upon purchase, you every right not to purchase anything in the future — but as a very small business, we have a very strict no refund policy. Refunds On Book Orders — We have been doing efficient work with our book shipping business for the last eight years. From time to time customers have tried to take advantage of us, and therefore, we have now adopted a very strict return/refund policy. There will be no refund on book orders through this site, Sylvestermcnutt.net. Anytime after the order has been processed, the customer will be sent an email to inform them. If a customer wants the tracking number — in most cases — the tracking number can and will be provided. We are not liable for stolen, damaged, or missing packages. In the event of said incident, we do not assume liability. If a customer gave us the wrong shipping address, name, postal codes, country, state, or zip code we will not pay for another shipping opportunity. The customer may pay for another shipping opportunity through their own funds. If we ship an order, check the tracking number and it says arrived, and the information listed is congruent with the information provided to the customer — we assume no liable for the package.
